All Class start dates are secured with a deposit at the time of enrollment. This covers the cost of the learners Educational Kit. Curriculum
Kar-Che' offers 4 progressive programs. The clinical aesthetic program is designed for the beginning learner to obtain an aesthetician license. The secondary refresher program is designed for the licensed aesthetician or cosmetologists as a brush-up course in aesthetics. Third, the Aesthetic Educator program is for the professional licensed aesthetician who wants to continue her education to become a Licensed Aesthetic Educator, Clinical Laser Course.

The clinical aesthetic program is divided into theory and practical training. The first 300 hours are focused on advanced skin care in a classroom setting. Practical experience is gained by working on fellow learners, performing skin analysis, facials, massages, and body treatments in a group setting.

The latter part of the course is devoted primarily to hands-on training in a day spa setting, performing skin analysis, and results orientated skin care services on case studies.  Advanced Clinical theory and preparation for final exams is also taught at this time. Learners have semi-private booths for treatments on case studies.

Career Assistance
Upon successful completion of the Aesthetics program, Kar-Che’ will assist with career placement within med spas, skin care centers and with physicians by way of leads; however, it is the learner’s responsibility to obtain the interview. Kar-Che’ does not guarantee employment.

Computer Networking Systems:
Kar – Che’ The Professional Career Center has available computer systems, that are conveniently located within the library of the educational facility. The computers come equipped with hi-speed modems for internet access.

Writing Program:
Educators are available to assist learners with writing skills and with individual help in establishing a resume, essay assignments, consultation evaluations of guests, and case study reports.
Academic Advisement:

The academic advisement committee will work one-on-one with you to establish career planning and future overall success. The academic advisement service is a clear solution for the learner skin care therapist seeking development in their personal lives and in personal goal setting.

Mentoring Program:
Kar – Che’ The Professional Career Center links learners with faculty or staff members who will listen and provide support and guidance to the learner skin care therapist desiring to receive the most from the educational experience.

Accommodations
Kar-Che’ offers flexibility in the educational program to accommodate learners with disabilities in order to assure appropriate learning. It is the learner’s responsibility to register their eligibility with the administrative director at least four weeks prior to the class start date. Eligibility will be verified and the appropriate plan of action will be taken.
